National Quality Assurance Standards’(NQAS)Accreditation with International Society of Quality in Health Care (ISQua)
Quality and Patient Safety (QPS) Team of National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been engaged with the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), now known as IEEA,and is a proud institutional member of ISQua since2015.The International Accreditation Programme (IAP)offered by the ISQua External Evaluation Association (IEEA) has accredited National Quality Assurance Standards(two times) and External Assessor Training program through an independent peer-review assessment by international experts.
The IEEA provides third-party external evaluation services to health and social care external evaluation organisations and standards developing bodies around the globe.The IAP is the only international program that accredits the accreditors.
Global recognition of quality standards assures that the standards and processes used by NQAS meet the highest international benchmarks for certifying public health facilities.
The quality certified health facilities have benefitted in boosting their confidence to achieve and sustain best practices.All efforts madeby health facilities to get compliance against the NQAS sow a seed for building a culture of Quality andPatient Safety.
